General Information

Suit up and find out why lacrosse is one of the fastest-growing sports in the country.
Lacrosse combines the basic skills used in soccer, basketball, and hockey into one fast-paced, high-scoring game.
Athletes will learn all the fundamentals of stick handling, cradling, passing, and shooting in a fun, non-checking environment.
Our staff helps campers learn not only the sport of lacrosse, but also important life skills such as respect, teamwork, and discipline.
Skyhawks lacrosse ensures that every athlete will come away with a deep understanding of the game and it's traditions.
Each participant will receive a t-shirt. Please indicate t-shirt size when registering.
This is a 4 day program. Friday will be used as a make-up date in the case of rain.
Athletes should wear athletic clothes, sneakers, sunscreen and bring snacks and a water bottle. If your child is not renting equipment, they will need to have a helmet with a full mask, lacrosse stick and protective gloves.
Equipment rental is available for an additional $30. Kit includes helmet with full mask, lacrosse stick, and protective gloves. Equipment rentals are limited, so register for yours today when you register for the program by visiting http://www.skyhawks.com/page/company/equipment-rentals/.

Instructor

Skyhawks has been running camps since 1979 and running camps in Connecticut since 1999.
All staff are local and go through rigorous training and are put through a national background check.
