Yoga - Chair
  • Chair yoga is meant to be a great way to relax, stretch, and strengthen.
  • You do not need to be flexible, strong or experienced to take this class.
  • We will start with easy seated poses to relax ourselves, then continue on to gentle stretches which can be done whether in the chair or standing, and wind down with some final poses to further enhance our sense of well-being.
  • You will leave class feeling more confident in your body and more serene.
  • No prior experience necessary.
  • Wear comfortable clothing and bring a yoga mat to put under the chair.
  • Chairs are provided.
