General Information
  • Spring Session - Avon Middle School Tennis Courts
  • Summer Session - Avon Middle School Tennis Courts
  • Beginner Class: Learn proper forehand and backhand grips.
  • Forehand and backhand mechanics will be taught.
  • Learn how to volley and hit groundstrokes properly.
  • Learn how to rally back and forth and how to keep score.
  • Doubles Class: Enjoy the health and social benefits of the game. Have you ever wanted to learn the game in a low pressure environment? Learn the strategies for winning tennis.
  • Learn the proper placement on the court.
  • Play high percentage tennis and enjoy the social benefits.
  • Must have basic knowledge of the game and the ability to maintain a rally.
  • Please bring your own racquet.
  • Wear tennis shoes and loose, comfortable clothing.
  • Resident Senior Discount will be applied upon checkout.
  • Late fees will be charged when registering on the start date of the activity or later.
