Funtasia Camp for Grades 4-10 - Summer - Session 1

• Experienced in running various companies, camps, and teen/children's camps.
• Graduate of Southern CT State University with a Bachelor's Degree in Recreation and Leisure Studies.
• Passionate about offering teen and youth safe, productive, life-learning summer activities.

Youth and Teen Weekly Day Camp - July 14-18, 2014.
Students meet at the Sycamore Hills Pavillion each morning Monday-Friday from 9 am-4 pm. All Staff/Counselors & Directors are trained and certified in CPR. Staffing Ratio is generally 1:6 or 1:7. Funtasia programs are designed to encourage children to make new friends, learn new skills and spend time with counselors who model the values of caring, honesty, respect and responsibility. All of our camps visit fun, popular places. Each day we travel to a different destination. In the event of inclement weather, we offer our campers an alternative indoor activity.

Destinations for this camp are as follows: Go Carting, Batting Cages, Mini Golf; The Adventure Park at Storrs, CT; Laser Tag, Rock Wall Climbing, Bowling, Bumper Cars; Quassy Amusement & Water Park; Jamboree Day. On days when students go to the water park, they should bring a bathing suit, water shoes/sneakers, and bring a towel.
