Treadmill

General Information
  • A moderate-paced combination of aerobic, strength and balance workouts that is different with each class..
  • Appropriate for those new or returning to exercise, as well as for those in the middle.
  • Class formats vary for fun and greater results.
  • Please wear good quality sneakers and bring a mat, water bottle, and what seem to you to be light and heavy hand weights. On Fridays you will need to bring a stability ball.
  • Resident Senior Discount will be applied upon check out.
  • Senior Fee: $151.20 for Fall class.
  • Fall session is 38 classes. (No class 10/12, 11/27, 12/25/15, 1/1/16)
  • ***Classes scheduled for 11/9, 11/11 and 11/13 will take place at Countryside Park. Same time.
