Adult yoga class.
This class combines a variety of cardiovascular and strength exercises to increase your overall fitness level.

General Information
  • Not your old-school aerobics class!
  • This class combines a variety of cardiovascular and strength exercises to increase your overall fitness level.
  • Cardio work will vary in intensity, include both short and endurance intervals, and sometimes be done with a step, weights or your own body weight.
  • Strength exercises will work your whole body using weights, a ball or your own body weight.
  • This class is suitable for everyone from beginners to the very fit!
  • For the first class please wear good sneakers and bring a mat, water bottle and light and heavy weights.
  • Resident Senior Discount will be applied upon check out. Senior Fee: $121.50
  • Class is held Tuesdays and Thursdays. Fall session is 30 classes. (Class will not meet on Nov. 3, Dec. 24,31).
  • **Classes scheduled for 11/10 and 11/12 will take place at Countryside Park.
